As part of EFF, "If I Had A Piano" will play simultaneously in numerous universities across Europe in November and December as the films are used as teaching tools to educate and build appreciation for independent cinema among film students.

 

October 18, 2015, If I Had A Piano screened at the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinema at the

Greater Lehigh Valley Film Festival at ArtsQuest in Bethlehem, PA, where it won the Grand Prize for Best In Show.

 

If I Had A Piano kicks off NewFilmmaker NY's Fall Series on Wednesday, October 7th at the historic Anthology Film Archives on the Lower East Side, Manhattan.  7:00P.M.  Filmmaker recpetion at 6:00P.M.

 

If I Had A Piano (I'd Play You The Blues) has its world premiere at The Emmaus Theatre

on Saturday, October 3, 2015, 4PM as part of the Emmaus Red Carpet Film Screening & After Party.

 

Accolade Global Film Competition awards "If I Had A Piano (I'd Play You The Blues)" an Award of Merit:  Special Mention.  Rick Prickett, who chairs The Accolade Global Film Competition, had this to say about the latest winners, “The Accolade is not an easy award to win. Entries are received from around the world from powerhouse companies to remarkable new talent. The Accolade helps set the standard for craft and creativity. The judges were pleased with the exceptional high quality of entries. The goal of The Accolade is to help winners achieve the recognition they deserve.

"Movies:  Emmaus Native Presents SixFilm Shorts At Emmaus Theatre"

When Emmaus native Stephanie Gardner initially proposed a film event at the Emmaus Theatre, she wanted to get her own two shorts in front of Lehigh Valley audiences.

But she says the program "quickly expanded from there."

 

The Saturday bash now includes six shorts created by artists from all over the world including

Cuba, India, South Korea, Portugal, Russia, and Canada.

 

"I wanted to celebrate global communities coming together to create art in the form of cinema,"

Stephanie Gardner Films to Host Red Carpet Film Screening at the Emmaus Theatre on Saturday, October 3rd

Doors open at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 3rd at the Emmaus Theatre (19 S. 4th St.) for a red carpet premiere of Ms. Gardner’s film along with 5 other shorts to be screened.  Following the show will be a Q&A session with several of the filmmakers, and an After Party at 187 Rue Principale on Main Street in Emmaus.
